Then, he served his general surgery internship at the Medical Center of Delaware/Christiana Care Health System in Newark, DE. Furthermore, Dr. Julien conducted his neurosurgery residencies at NYU Langone Medical Center (1994-1996), respectively SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, NY (1996-2001). In addition, he completed his fellowship training in neurosurgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (2001-2002) and the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL (2002-2003).
